Payment and delivery

How to order?
1.The product can be purchased in one of our shops. You can visit our shop and get a consultation on a choice of a tandoor and look at the samples – the addresses are provided on the “Contacts” page. 
2.You can order the product online. Our website is a full-fledged online shop of tandoors and accessories. Having chosen from a catalogue the tandoor you are interested in, you add the item to the virtual basket, after which you can start ordering. Minimum data will be required from you - filling in the questionnaire will take literally one or two minutes. Indicate your email address – this is exactly where the information related to the state of your order as well as the invoice for payment will be sent to. 
3.You can order the product delivery by phone. If you do not like to fill in order forms whereas you are ready to communicate with the consultant, simply call us on any of the numbers provided on the "Contacts" page.
4.To order the product you can send an email to info@tandirs.lv  

ATTENTION!!! If you are the owner of an e-mail address at the domain "GMAIL.COM", at the time of the order confirmation and receipt of the invoice, check "SPAM-BOX" and "DRAFT-BOX"


The data required for ordering:
1.Email address (preferable)
2.Phone number (obligatory)
3.First name, last name
4.Personal identity code (not obligatory)
5.Comment (not obligatory)
6.Delivery address (city, street, postal zip code, recipient's name, phone number)

Later you will receive the invoice, having paid which the product will be delivered to your home or office in 1-2 days’ time (up to 4 working days in case of the company workload). Delivery at the weekends and on holidays is not provided. Delivery can take more time in case of delays of bank transactions between different banks.

For the wholesale customers:
1.The product can be obtained in one of our shops (see the “Contacts” section) presenting a white customer card or a wholesale price list.
2.You can order delivery electronically, additionally indicating the name of the company and in the comment – your individual price for each item (if it is not done, you will be sent an invoice in accordance with the standard, not wholesale prices)
3.Comment (not obligatory)
4.Delivery address (city, street, postal zip code, recipient's name, phone number)

Later you will receive the invoice, having paid which the product will be delivered to your home or office in 1-2 days’ time (up to 4 working days in case of the company workload)


Product prices:
Prices in shops and the ones on our home page can differ, therefore, to avoid conflict situations, please do register the product ONLINE on our home page to fix a low price and obtain the selected product at this price in our real shops. 


Payment methods:
In our shops you can pay for the purchase in cash or by credit card. The product with delivery across Latvia or Europe is sent only on prepayment transferred to the bank account of our company.

Payment by transfer is ensured on the basis of prepayment only, except for the permanent customers, with whom cooperation contracts or dealer agreements had been signed.

Delivery prices:
The cost of delivery depends on the weight and volume, and in each case is calculated individually.
1.The cost of delivery within Riga – FREE
2.Delivery in Riga district – 15 euros
3.Delivery in Latvia – 20 euros
4.Delivery in Lithuania – 30 euros
5.Delivery in Estonia – 30 euros
6.Delivery in Europe – 50 euros
7.Delivery to other countries is calculated individually. 


Recommendations at receiving:
In order to avoid controversial situations, we strongly recommend you to carefully check the component parts, absence of damage to the tandoor and the correctness of the completion of the accompanying documents. As a rule, conflict situations do not arise as we carefully pack the product, thereby preventing its spoilage. And yet, at the time of receipt, before signing the forwarding documents, recheck the condition of the product.
